These terms apply when you order Google Review Cards, website development, or social media marketing from YourScaleGate. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our services
We offer: (1) Google Review Cards — a review link and QR code, optionally with a physical NFC tap card; (2) Website Development — custom sites built to your requirements; (3) Social Media Marketing — social media management and paid ad campaigns. Exact scope, pricing, and delivery timelines for website and marketing work are confirmed individually with you before starting.
Pricing and payment
Review Card pricing is shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for local orders; international pricing is shown separately where offered. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price you're quoted at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Your Google Business Profile link
You're responsible for providing an accurate Google Maps / Business Profile link for your own business. We build your review link and QR code from what you provide — if it's wrong or points to the wrong listing, let us know before printing/shipping so we can correct it; we're not responsible for orders produced from an incorrect link you supplied.
Delivery
Digital deliverables (review link, QR code, downloadable card) are provided shortly after payment is confirmed. Physical NFC cards are shipped separately once produced; delivery timelines depend on your location and are communicated at checkout or by our team.
Refunds and cancellations
Digital-only orders (Link + QR) are non-refundable once your review link and QR code have been delivered, since the work is complete at that point. Physical cards that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced at no cost — contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. Custom website and marketing work follows the refund terms agreed in your specific quote. In the rare case a refund is approved (for example, an order that was paid but never delivered), it will be processed within 7 business days of approval — your bank or payment method may take a few additional business days to reflect the funds.
Referral program
Customers referred by a YourScaleGate salesperson using a referral code help that salesperson earn commission on the sale. Referral and commission arrangements are between YourScaleGate and its salespeople and don't affect the price a customer pays.
Acceptable use
Our review cards are meant to make it easier for genuine customers to leave genuine reviews. You agree not to use them to solicit fake reviews, incentivize reviews in a way that violates Google's policies, or otherwise misuse the service. Google's own review policies govern what's acceptable on your Google Business Profile — following them is your responsibility.
Third-party services
Parts of our service rely on third parties — Google (for review link resolution and your listing itself), payment processors (Safepay, JazzCash, Easypaisa), and couriers for physical delivery. Their own terms and any downtime or issues on their end are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
We work to deliver accurate, working review links, QR codes, and cards. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
